As Team Leader Sales, you will be responsible for the disciplinary management and further development of the sales and order processing team. You will implement our growth strategy by acquiring new customers and strategically developing existing customers. The further development of the sales organization (introduction of KPIs, expansion of the CRM system) rounds off your area of responsibility.
Completed business or technical studies or comparable training with several years of professional experience in the trade of technical products. You have experience in managing and developing a sales team. Strong sales orientation with a strong motivation to win and retain customers.
