A tekercselés 4,0kW-ig 290/500V/D/Y, 50Hz-es szabványos, 5,5kW-tól pedig 500/865V/D/Y 50Hz-es motorokhoz van tervezve.

Védelmi osztály

IP-kód a DIN EN 60529, 60034-5 szerinti védelmi fokozatra vonatkozóan,
Első kódszám: Idegen testek behatolása elleni védelem
Második kódszám: Védelem a káros hatású víz behatolása ellen.

Választható opciók:

IP55 - porvédelem, sugárvíz elleni védelem (alapfelszereltség)
IP56 - porvédett, védelem erős vízsugárral szemben
IP65 - porálló, vízsugár elleni védelem
IP66 - porálló, védelem erős vízsugárral szemben

Klemmdoboz pozíciója

A 132-es méretig a lábak átcsavarozásával változtatható a csatlakozódoboz helyzete (felül, jobbra vagy balra).

Választható opciók a 160-as mérettől:

• felül (standard)
• jobbra
• balra

A csatlakozódoboz helyzetét a motor kimeneti tengelyének oldalára nézve kell meghatározni.

Motor protection

The following options are available for monitoring the winding temperature of the motor:

• 1 set (3 pcs.) of PTC thermistors - for monitoring with PTC thermistor tripping device or
  Frequency inverter (standard)
• 1 set (3 pcs.) of temperature switches (bimetal NC contacts) - for monitoring e.g. with
  motor protection relay

• Resistance temperature sensor PT100 - PT100 is a platinum resistance thermometer, which at
  0°C has a defined resistance value of 100Ohm and is used for precise temperature measurement.
• Resistance temperature sensor PT1000 - PT100 is a platinum resistance thermometer that has a defined resistance value of
  0°C has a defined resistance value of 1000 ohms and is used for precise temperature measurement.

The selection of one of these options is recommended when operating the motor on the frequency inverter, as the motor may overheat at reduced speeds and the associated lower cooling capacity.

Bearing

Locating bearing n-side
Motors up to size 132 have floating bearings on both sides as standard. Optionally, a fixed bearing can be selected on the n-side to absorb axial forces.

Reinforced bearing
From size 160, a reinforced bearing with NU bearings can be used on the output side (d-side). This is recommended for increased lateral forces, such as those caused by belt drives. The bearing must be relubricated regularly, either manually or using a relubrication device. Open NU bearings are used.

Relubrication device d- and n-side
Possible from size 160, for simple relubrication of the motor bearings. The relubrication device is standard from size 315.

Insulated bearing n-end for frequency converter operation
Measure to prevent bearing currents during operation on the frequency inverter possible from size 250.

Attachments and accessories

Fan cover with protective roof
Designed to prevent foreign objects from falling into the fan and to protect against water ingress. Used for motors with vertical installation position.

Forced cooling fan
For use with speed-controlled drives. The forced cooling fan installed in place of the standard fan cowl ensures sufficient cooling even at "very low" speeds. Multi-connection voltages: 230V/50Hz/1~ and 400V/50Hz/3~, protection class IP55
Attention - overall length of the motor increases!

Standstill heating
Prevents condensation even under extreme climatic conditions
Possible from size 80. Connection voltage: 230V/50Hz

CE/UKCA (standard) - Mark of conformity that confirms that a product fulfils the applicable safety, health and environmental requirements of the EU or the United Kingdom.

UL/CSA version with combined certificate - Version with combined approval/certificate that complies with both US and Canadian regulations.

CCC version - The China Compulsory Certification (CCC) is a certification system valid in the People's Republic of China.

CEL labelling - Similar to the EU energy label, the China Energy Label (CEL) is a label for the energy consumption of a product. The label contains information on the energy efficiency class (1 to 5) and energy consumption.
