Shortening the delivery time

When an order is placed, the availability of the components required for the end product and the production possibilities are checked. After confirmation, express production is possible within the shortened delivery time at an extra charge.

Housing design

The following gearbox mounting variants are available as an alternative to the foot version:

1. Flange version(s) for mounting the gearbox on the side output flange
2. Push-on version with torque support. Usually in conjunction with hollow shaft design.

Connection side

For versions with flange, torque arm, solid output shaft or hollow shaft with shrink disk, the position of the connection side must be specified.

Installation position

The installation position is required to determine the lubricant quantity.

The designations for the various installation positions can be found in the following illustration.

Shaft design

1. Hollow shaft with keyway
2. Hollow shaft with shrink disk - friction-locked, detachable shaft-hub connection for cylindrical shafts without keyway. Advantages: simple production of the customized shaft (without keyway), simple assembly and disassembly
3. Solid output shaft with feather key, one-sided
4. Solid output shaft with feather key, both sides

Second shaft end

• Standard version - without
• Second shaft end - cylindrical shaft with keyway
• Second shaft end with handwheel - cylindrical shaft with keyway and handwheel

Dust and water protection

Selectable options:

• IP55 - dustproof, protection against water jets (standard)
• IP65 - dust-tight, protection against water jets
• IP65 with brake - as before, but with additional brake version in IP65

IP code for the degree of protection in accordance with DIN EN 60529, 60034-5,

1. First code number: Protection against ingress of foreign bodies
2. Second code number: Protection against ingress of water with harmful effects

Condensation drain hole

Depending on the installation position of the motor, the condensation drainage holes are located on the lower side of the motor. The condensation drain holes are closed at the factory and must be opened to drain condensation.

CEL marking

Similar to the EU energy label, the China Energy Label (CEL) is a label for the energy consumption of a product. The label contains information on the energy efficiency class (1 to 5) and energy consumption. The label is available for geared motors from 0.75 to 45kW

CCC version

The China Compulsory Certification (CCC) is a certification system valid in the People's Republic of China.the certificate is available for geared motors from 0.12 to 1.1kW.the certificate is available for geared motors from 0.12 to 1.1kW.
