To be able to order products directly online, you need to register as a customer. Registration is free, simple and can be completed in just a few minutes.

This is how it works:

1. You click on the Register link in the top navigation menu and register with us as a new customer
2. Enter your name and company details (fields marked in red are mandatory)
3. You choose a user name and password
4. You confirm our GTC
5. Click on the 'Register now' button

All prices are net plus the statutory value added tax.

The minimum order value for deliveries is € 25.00 net. If this amount is not reached, we will charge you a minimum quantity surcharge in the amount of the difference.

Ordering motors is simple and can be done in just a few steps.

This is how it works:

1. Search according to your criteria or -find all- - you will receive a search result list with available motors
2. Click on the image or type designation for more details
3. In the product detail, click on the product to add it to your shopping cart:
4. Click on the shopping cart - you will be taken to the shopping cart 1st page
5. Shopping cart 1st page - Overview of the selected motors - You can edit/delete individual items
6. Shopping cart 2nd page - Select the desired shipping method and, if necessary, enter a different delivery address (login required)
7. Shopping cart 3rd page - Summary of your order incl. shipping costs - Order
8. You will receive a confirmation page for the receipt of your order and an e-mail with an order confirmation

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the warranty period is 1 year.

Business Studies

Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt of the goods and must be registered via your online customer account. Please note that cancellation costs will be charged for returns. You can view the costs in your customer account - Order history-> Request return - for the respective item. Geared motors and goods manufactured to customer specifications are generally excluded from returns.

Private customer

A return is possible within 14 days of receipt of the goods and must be registered via your online customer account. After receiving approval, please return the goods to us at your expense. Gear motors and goods manufactured to customer specifications are generally excluded from returns.

1. You click on the button "Forgotten password" (can be found under -Customer login-)
2. Enter your user name and click on -Request password- > You will receive a new password by e-mail.

If you have forgotten your user name, please contact us by e-mail.

Our Product catalog is constantly being expanded and updated. For this reason, current prices and conditions are only available on the Internet.

1. Register as a new customer.
2. Fill out the discount form in the customer account
3. Processing takes place within 2 hours and you can buy at your prices
