Shortening the delivery time

When an order is placed, the availability of the components required for the end product and the production possibilities are checked. After confirmation, express production is possible within the shortened delivery time at an extra charge.

Installation position

The installation position is required to determine the lubricant quantity.
The designations for the various installation positions can be found in the following illustration.

Terminal box position

The position of the terminal box (0, 90, 180 and 270°) and the positioning of the cable entry (A, B, C and D) can be
configured as follows:

Double seal on the output shaft:

Depending on the available installation space, a combination seal with one NBR and one FKM sealing lip or two sealing rings in NBR and FKM design are used.

Advantages:

• Optimum sealing properties at high operating temperatures thanks to FKM seal
• Good sealing properties at low temperatures due to NBR seal
• Better protection against high levels of contamination thanks to 2 seals (the outer seal also has a dust lip)
• High safety and better stability against oil leakage due to additional sealing lip

• Critical installation positions
• where special requirements are placed on the reliability of the seal

Reinforced bearing of the output shaft

With this option, the permissible radial forces for the output shaft can be increased.

Reduced torsional backlash
This option reduces the torsional backlash to the maximum value specified on the respective product.
The backlash specifies the possible angle of rotation of the output shaft when the gearbox input is blocked.
Use is recommended for positioning tasks.

If required, a further reduction of the backlash may be possible on request.

Dust and water protection

• IP55 - dustproof, protection against water jets (standard)
• IP65 - dust-tight, protection against water jets
• IP65 with brake - as before, but with additional brake version in IP65

First code number: Protection against ingress of foreign bodies
Second code number: Protection against ingress of water with harmful effects

Forced cooling fan

Use of a forced cooling fan, e.g. when operating on a frequency inverter, to prevent the motor from overheating due to the
overheating of the motor due to the lower cooling capacity at reduced speeds.

Selectable forced cooling fan voltage:
400V, 50Hz 3~ (standard)
230V, 50Hz 1~

Bij verticale installatie voorkomt het beschermdak het binnendringen van vreemde voorwerpen of vloeistoffen.

Condensafvoeropening

Afhankelijk van de installatiepositie van de motor bevinden de condensafvoergaten zich aan de onderkant van de motor. De condensafvoergaten zijn in de fabriek gesloten en moeten worden geopend om condens af te voeren.

CEL-etikettering
