Shortening the delivery time

When an order is placed, the availability of the components required for the end product and the production possibilities are checked. After confirmation, express production is possible within the shortened delivery time for an additional charge.

Housing design

The following gearbox mounting variants are available as an alternative to the base version:

1. Flange version(s) for mounting the gearbox on the side output flange

2. Push-on version with torque support. Usually in conjunction with hollow shaft design.

Dust and water protection

Selectable options:
IP55 - dustproof, protection against water jets (standard)
IP65 - dustproof, protection against water jets
IP65 with brake - as before, but with additional brake version in IP65

IP code for the degree of protection in accordance with DIN EN 60529, 60034-5
First code number: Protection against ingress of foreign bodies
Second code number: Protection against ingress of water with harmful effects

Soupape de purge

Pour la réduction de la pression dans la boîte de vitesses. Soulage les bagues d'étanchéité et agit de manière préventive contre les fuites.

Exécution standard à partir de la taille de réducteur S3.

Pour les réducteurs de taille S1, il n'est pas techniquement possible d'installer une soupape de purge d'air en position de montage M5/M6 !
