Housing design

• Base version - standard version with mounting holes on 4 sides of the housing

• Flange design - bolt-on output flanges in various sizes - see data sheet for dimensions

• Slip-on version with torque support - The torque support can be mounted in various positions on the tapped holes on the output side

Installation position

The installation position is required to determine the lubricant quantity.
The designations for the various installation positions can be found in the following illustration.

Input flange for IEC add-on motor

Selection of available flanges for the attachment of IEC standard motors. Variants:

a) for B14K (flange with threaded holes, small version)
b) for B5 (flange with through holes)

- Note: Select suitable coupling for input shaft as required -

Input hollow shaft for IEC add-on motor

(Standard): Basic version with largest possible input shaft diameter
(options): Smaller input shaft diameters are realised with reducing bushes

- Note: Select the appropriate IEC input flange for the hollow input shaft as required.

Lubricant

a) Synthetic high-performance gear oil with the specification CLP PG VG320. For use under severe conditions and long maintenance intervals

b) Synthetic food grade high performance gear oil with the specification CLP PG VG320 NSF H-1. For use under severe conditions and long maintenance intervals. Certified to NSF H-1 and therefore approved for use in the food industry (occasional food contact)

c) Without oil - for filling by the customer. Further recommended oil types and filling quantities can be found in the operating and maintenance instructions
