• Expressz összeszerelés egy munkanapon belül - ha minden szükséges alkatrész rendelkezésre áll (a kijelzőn az egyes alkatrészektől függően
  az egyedi konfigurációtól függően), az összeszerelés munkanapokon történik a következő napok között
  8:00 és 14:00 óra között. A kiszállítás ezután a lehető leghamarabb megtörténik. Ez az opció
  az expressz szállítás előfeltétele.
• expressz összeszerelés nélkül - az összeszerelés és a kiszállítás 3-4 munkanapon belül történik.

Mounting position

The mounting position is required to determine the lubricant quantity.
The designations for the various mounting positions can be found in the following figure.

Terminal box position

The position of the terminal box (0,90,180 and 270) and the positioning of the cable gland (A, B, C
and D) can be configured as follows:

Flange design

Flanges in various sizes are available - the outside diameter is indicated.

Motor protection and brake

The attached three-phase motor can be configured here

The following options are available for monitoring the winding temperature of the motor:
a) with 1 set (3 pcs.) of PTC thermistors - for monitoring with PTC thermistor tripping device or frequency inverter
b) with 1 set (3 pcs.) of microthermal switches (NC contact) - for monitoring e.g. with motor protection relay

The selection of one of these options is recommended when operating the geared motor on the frequency inverter,
as reduced speeds and the associated lower cooling capacity can cause the motor to overheat.

c) with brake (available from 0.09kW)
Brake voltage 230V/50Hz/1~
The respective braking torque on the drive motor is displayed on the option. By multiplying by the
ratio i results in the braking torque on the output shaft of the gearbox.

Lubricant

a ) Synthetic high-performance gear oil with the specification CLP PG VG320For use under severe conditions and long maintenance intervals

b) Synthetic food grade high performance gear oil with the specification CLP PG VG320 NSF H-1. For use under severe conditions and long maintenance intervals. Certified to NSF H-1 and therefore approved for use in the food industry (occasional food contact)

c) Without oil - for filling by the customer. Further recommended oil types and filling quantities can be found in the operating and maintenance instructions.
