Reduction of delivery time

• Express assembly within one working day - if all the necessary components are available (indicated in
  depending on the individual configuration) the assembly takes place on working days in the time from

Mounting position

The mounting position is required to determine the lubricant quantity.
The designations for the various mounting positions can be found in the following figure.

The position of the terminal box (0,90,180 and 270) and the positioning of the cable gland (A, B, C
and D) can be configured as follows:

Flanges in various sizes are available - the outside diameter is indicated.

Motor protection and brake

Here the attached three-phase motor can be configured

a) without motor protection and brake - standard

The following options are available for monitoring the motor winding temperature:

c) with 1 set (3 pcs.) of micro thermoswitches (opener) - for monitoring e.g. with motor protection relay.

a ) Synthetic high-performance gear oil with the specification CLP PG VG320For use under severe conditions and long maintenance intervals

b) Synthetic food grade high performance gear oil with the specification CLP PG VG320 NSF H-1. For use under severe conditions and long maintenance intervals. Certified to NSF H-1 and therefore approved for use in the food industry (occasional food contact)

c) Without oil - for filling by the customer. Further recommended oil types and filling quantities can be found in the operating and maintenance instructions.
