Installatiepositie

De installatiepositie is nodig om de hoeveelheid smeermiddel te bepalen.

Positie van de aansluitdoos

De positie van de aansluitdoos (0, 90, 180 en 270°) en de positie van de kabelinvoer (A, B, C
en D) kunnen als volgt worden geconfigureerd:

Motor protection and brake

The attached three-phase motor can be configured here

The following options are available for monitoring the winding temperature of the motor:
a) with 1 set (3 pcs.) of PTC thermistors - for monitoring with PTC thermistor tripping device or frequency inverter
b) with 1 set (3 pcs.) of microthermal switches (NC contact) - for monitoring e.g. with motor protection relay

The selection of one of these options is recommended when operating the geared motor on the frequency inverter,
as reduced speeds and the associated lower cooling capacity can cause the motor to overheat.

Brake voltage 230V/50Hz/1~
The respective braking torque on the drive motor is displayed on the option. By multiplying by the
ratio i results in the braking torque on the output shaft of the gearbox.

External fan

b) with forced cooling fan (available from motor power 0.12kW)

Use of a forced cooling fan - e.g. when operating on a frequency inverter - to prevent the motor from overheating
due to the lower cooling capacity at reduced speeds.

Lubricant

a ) Synthetic high-performance gear oil with the specification CLP PG VG320For use under severe conditions and long maintenance intervals

b) Synthetic food grade high performance gear oil with the specification CLP PG VG320 NSF H-1. For use under severe conditions and long maintenance intervals. Certified to NSF H-1 and therefore approved for use in the food industry (occasional food contact)

c) Without oil - for filling by the customer. Further recommended oil types and filling quantities can be found in the operating and maintenance instructions.
