Productbeschrijving
De V1000 van YASKAWA is een frequentieregelaar die geschikt is voor algemene toepassingen en voldoet aan de eisen van een groot aantal toepassingen. De V1000 kan in de kleinste ruimte worden geïnstalleerd, vereist een minimale installatietijd en biedt tegelijkertijd alle voordelen van een moderne, state-of-the-art frequentieregelaar.

Kenmerken en functies:

  • Snelle reactietijd op veranderingen in belasting en snelheid verbetert de machineprestaties
  • Ontworpen voor lange levensduur (10 jaar 24 uur per dag bij 80% nominale belasting)
  • V/f-regeling en sensorloze vectorregeling (Open Loop Vector)
  • Frequentieregelbereik 0,01 tot 400 Hz
  • Startkoppel: tot 200% bij 0,5 Hz (zie gegevensblad voor meer informatie)
  • Online auto-tuning voor optimale motorprestaties bij lage snelheid
  • Functionele veiligheid: STO (Safe Torque Off) in overeenstemming met ISO13849-1 Cat 3, PLd en IEC 61508, SIL2
  • Remfunctie voor overmagnetisatie verkort de vertragingstijd met 50% zonder het gebruik van een remweerstand
  • Geïntegreerde remchopper voor gebruik van een externe remweerstand
  • Gebruik van de inbedrijfstellingssoftware "DriveWizard Plus" mogelijk
  • Gebruik van de programmeersoftware "DriveWorksEZ" (PLC-functies ...) mogelijk
