Shortening the delivery time

When an order is placed, the availability of the components required for the end product and the production possibilities are checked. After confirmation, express production is possible within the shortened delivery time at an extra charge.

Housing design

The following gearbox mounting variants are available as an alternative to the foot version:

1. Flange version(s) for mounting the gearbox on the side output flange
2. Push-on version with torque support. Usually in conjunction with hollow shaft design.

Connection side

For versions with flange, torque arm, solid output shaft or hollow shaft with shrink disk, the position of the connection side must be specified.

Installation position

The installation position is required to determine the lubricant quantity.

The designations for the various installation positions can be found in the following illustration.

1. Hollow shaft with keyway
2. Hollow shaft with shrink disk - friction-locked, detachable shaft-hub connection for cylindrical shafts without keyway. Advantages: simple production of the customized shaft (without keyway), simple assembly and disassembly
3. Solid output shaft with feather key, one-sided
4. Solid output shaft with feather key, both sides

Tweede asuiteinde

• Standaard uitvoering - zonder
• Tweede aseinde - cilindrische as met spiebaan
• Tweede aseinde met handwiel - cilindrische as met spiebaan en handwiel

Maatbladen en CAD-modellen voor de optionele versies zijn op aanvraag verkrijgbaar.

Stof- en waterbescherming

Selecteerbare opties:

• IP55 - stofdicht, bescherming tegen waterstralen (standaard)
• IP65 - stofdicht, bescherming tegen waterstralen
• IP65 met rem - zoals voorheen, maar met extra remversie in IP65

IP-code voor de beschermingsgraad volgens DIN EN 60529, 60034-5,

1. Eerste codenummer: Bescherming tegen het binnendringen van vreemde voorwerpen
2. Tweede codenummer: Bescherming tegen het binnendringen van water met schadelijke gevolgen

Kleurnuance

Andere kleuren zijn beschikbaar op aanvraag voor grotere hoeveelheden.

Condensafvoeropening

Afhankelijk van de installatiepositie van de motor bevinden de condensafvoergaten zich aan de onderkant van de motor. De condensafvoergaten zijn in de fabriek gesloten en moeten worden geopend om condens af te voeren.

CEL-etikettering

Net als het EU-energielabel is het China Energy Label (CEL) een label voor het energieverbruik van een product. Het label bevat informatie over de energie-efficiëntieklasse (1 tot 5) en het energieverbruik. Het label is beschikbaar voor motorreductoren van 0,75 tot 45 kW.

CCC-versie

De China Compulsory Certification (CCC) is een certificeringssysteem dat geldig is in de Volksrepubliek China. Het certificaat is beschikbaar voor motorreductoren van 0,12 tot 1,1kW.
